So yesterday i finally managed to get my mitts on some gluten free puff pastry. As far as puff pastry goes it is amazing. I do suggest you thoroughly let it defrost before using it (I was a little bit inpatient and started to roll it out slightly before it was ready when I first used it but live and learn!).
I made a few things from it:
1. Cheese straws– This was the project I was a little impatient with and although the pastry wasn’t quite ready for me the straws came out beautifully!
2. Sausage Rolls– these were amazing, the pastry was so perfect and flaky. Plus they were a huge hit with Miles!
3. Jam puffs– I had some pastry left over so I thought I’d make something sweet and the jam puffs were born!
I would deffo recommend this pastry its nice and easy to work with and looks amazing!
